No. Support is provided on a priority-based, best-effort model unless a separate enterprise SLA is agreed.

What is not included in AMC?

New feature development, major upgrades, training, data migration, third-party system issues, and business consulting are not included. Support for older versions is provided on a best-effort basis and may be limited to security and critical production issues.

What happens if AMC hours are exhausted?

Additional support hours can be purchased at a global rate of $20 per hour. Excessive overage usage may require a plan upgrade.
